Please, read carefully the following general terms and conditions before making your purchase; if you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, please send an e-mail to our. customer service info@venetiana.it
Venetiana Srl is the company that manages the HopOn HopOff service in Venice. The Venetiana HopOn HopOff service allows you to visit the city and the lagoon of Venice on board the boats of Venetiana Srl.
It is a "Hop-On Hop-Off" service, a service that allows you to get on and off at any scheduled stop along the route, as many times as you want, within the validity of the ticket.
The voucher will be used to access our HopOn HopOff tour. Always keep it safe and close at hand (printed or electronically) on the day of your visit. The QR Code on the voucher is the key to your Venetian experience!
The voucher can be used only once within the validity date indicated on the voucher.
All tours feature an audio guide that can be listened individually. To access the audio guide, please follow these simple instructions:

Download the POP Guide APP from the Apple or Android store
Scan the QR Code (or enter the ID and password data that were provided on the voucher)
Select the product, the language and choose between the full and light versions
Now you can access to the explanation of over one hundred points of interest in Venice!
Remember to bring your earphones with you
For groups and families, the QR code allows access and downloads for the number of people indicated at the time of booking

1. RATES
1.1 The rates are inclusive of VAT. The cost of the service is per person or group and it is subject to validity as indicated on the voucher.
1.2 The hourly rates (24, 48 hours) indicate the consecutive hours of validity of the ticket; the validity starts from the moment of the first boarding of the boat
1.4 Children aged 6 to 15 have a discounted rate, children aged 0 to 5 have a free rate

2. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY CLAUSE
2.1 To the extent permitted by law, neither Venetiana Srl nor any of our operators, managers, employees, representatives, branches, affiliated companies or persons involved in the production, sponsorship, promotion or disclosure of the site and its contents, will be held responsible for:
- delays in services, inability to use the Services, errors in using the Services
- damages (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive), losses or costs incurred as a result of the inability to use the services
- physical injury, death, property damage or other types of damages (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), losses or costs incurred, paid or incurred, including (partial) cancellations, overbooking (only with regard to some products), the strike, force major or any other event not attributable to us, following the use of our services

3. METHOD OF USING THE VOUCHER
3.1 It is necessary that you print the tour voucher that must be presented to the staff according to the instructions on the voucher, where it will be checked and will give you the right to use the service without any further payment.
3.2 The voucher can be used only once and cannot be used beyond the validity dates indicated on it.
3.3 As regards Venetiana Srl services, all children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

4. DIRECT PURCHASE
Subject to the availability of seats, it is possible to buy the ticket directly from the Venetiana staff in charge of manned boarding and on-board. The staff will issue the travel document and the QR codes to access the Audioguides

5. COUNTERFEITS
Any counterfeiting of vouchers will be immediately reported to the judicial authorities and the voucher withdrawn.

6. REFUNDS
6.1 Venetiana Srl will do everything to offer a regular service according to the planned schedule. Venetiana Srl will not be liable in any way towards the ticket holder for losses, damage, inconvenience, delay, modification, suspension, revocation of the service as a result of any reason not attributable to the company.
6.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date of the tour and will be accepted at the discretion of Venetiana Srl and in any case for exceptional circumstances; together with the refund request, to be sent to info@venetiana.it, the original service ticket must be attached, and the following information must be indicated: purchase date of the voucher, order number of the voucher, customer name shown on the voucher.
6.3 A penalty of 20% will be applied to the refund granted. In any case, the reimbursement can go up to the total amount of the cost of your booking.

7. RATES AND POLICIES OF ACCESS ON BOARD THE BOAT OF VENETIANA FOR PETS
7.1 Small and medium-sized pets are allowed to board only if they are harmless and only if they comply with the characteristics listed below. It remains understood that the driver can deny access to the animal on board the vehicle if he believes that his presence on board could damage the safety of the vehicle and passengers. The animal can also be removed at a later time, without the right to a refund of the ticket, at the unquestionable judgment of the crew, in the event that it may cause disturbance or danger to the people on board the boat.
7.2 The use of a leash and muzzle is mandatory, as an alternative to the muzzle the use of the pet carrier or cage is allowed. Pets with particular anatomical, physiological or pathological conditions that cannot use the muzzle must travel inside a pet carrier or cages. The keeper must ensure that the carrier or cage is not in a state of decay, that it has no food inside, that it is in excellent clean conditions, and that it does not cause harm to the people on board the boat.
7.3 The keeper must also ensure that the animal does not cause disturbance or damage to any of the passengers or the staff on board and that it does not dirty the vehicle, under penalty of compensation for the damage caused. The owner of the animal or keeper is liable for damage caused by the animal pursuant to article 2051 of the civil code.
7.4 Access to guide dogs for the blind or visually impaired is allowed as long as they are equipped with a muzzle and leash.
7.5 The access of pets on board the vehicle is free as long as they are accompanied by a paying passenger.
7.6 It is forbidden for ferocious and / or poisonous animals to board the vehicle.

8. RATES FOR PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES
8.1 Access of wheelchairs on board the vehicle is allowed only if the boat is equipped with a platform for the passengers with disabilities and a special space for the placement of the wheelchair.
8.2 During transport it is mandatory that both the passenger and the wheelchair are placed in safe conditions with the seat belt fastened on the vehicle, the wheelchair must be locked with its own wheel brake and positioned in the spaces and in the direction as established from the layout of the vehicle. If there is no guarantee of these conditions Venetiana Srl will not allow access on board the vehicle, thus protecting both the disabled passenger and the other passengers carried. The boats are approved for a single place used for the transport of wheelchairs.
8.3 All people with disabilities with a disability of less than 75% will have to pay the full rate for the passenger's age, for those with a disability greater than or equal to 75% a free ticket is granted for the person with a disability as long as it is accompanied by a paying person. The discounts/gratuities indicated above can be granted ONLY upon presentation of a suitable certificate, in case of no-show the full rate will be applied.

9. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER CONTENT
9.1 It is allowed post reviews, comments and other content, send communications and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information, as long as the content is not unlawful (i.e. obscene, abusive, intimidating, defamatory, does not violate privacy, rights of intellectual property or is not otherwise offensive to us and / or third parties or deplorable and does not or in any case does not contain viruses, political propaganda, commercial solicitation, chain letter, mass e-mails or any other form of spamming). You will not be able to use a false e-mail address, pretend to be another person or subject or otherwise lie about the origin of the content. We reserve the right to remove or modify such content.
9.2 If you decide to send content or materials, unless otherwise indicated by us, you grant us the non-exclusive, free, sublicensable and transferable right to third parties, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute and show such content anywhere in the world through any means of communication.
9.3 You declare and warrant that you have, personally or in any other way, the ownership or in any case the availability of all rights relating to the content of what you publish;

10. PRIVACY

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising from or in any case connected with these Terms and Conditions will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian Judge and precisely to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
